In order to process your claim swiftly, we kindly ask for a photo of the arrangement as delivered.
Your satisfaction is our top priority, which is why we offer a freshness window that ensures your flowers will last a minimum of 5 days from the date of delivery, provided they are cared for according to the included instructions. Should your flowers show signs of deterioration within this timeframe that is not due to care or environmental factors, contact us promptly so we can resolve the issue.
If you receive flowers that do not meet our Fresh Flower Guarantee or have been damaged on arrival, you may be eligible for a refund, a replacement arrangement, or a credit towards your next purchase. Our goal is always to resolve any concerns to your satisfaction. The most appropriate solution will depend on the specific circumstances of your order and any evidence provided.
